The Shrine of St Joseph is one of the most beautiful churches in St Louis for wedding photography. They have done an incredible job at maintaining the architecture and the beauty of this historic church. For Alex and Alyssa, the journey was just beginning on this day. The summer storms in St Louis, make your wedding day a little unpredictable. The weather report called for rain during the creative part of the day and we had our fingers crossed it would pass. And sure enough, it did. It let up just as we arrived at Lafayette Park and started up again, just as we were leaving. Talk about being lucky.
What an incredible day we had with the entire family. Adding to the fun, Alyssa was one of my high-school seniors. Just a constant reminder that I am getting old. 🙂 All-in-all, it was an incredible day, with an incredible family. As always, a true honor for us to be part of documenting this moment in their lives.
